Meeting with an international football referee

On April 19, 2022, as part of career guidance work with children, a motivational meeting of children with a public figure and international football referee, First Vice President of the Uzbekistan Football Association Ravshan Irmatov was held at the SOS Children's Village Tashkent.
The meeting was held in an informal atmosphere, children warmly welcomed Ravshan Sayfutdinovich. He spoke about his life, what led him to an arbitral career, what goals and objectives he set for himself and how he achieved them, and what difficulties he had to face in developing his professional path.
The children asked a lot of questions that interested them and received detailed answers from the guest: how to motivate yourself to achieve the goal, what knowledge is needed in this speciality.
Doston* read a poem about football, Football is a wonderful game
We understand clearly
And we all go to the stadium
It’s not in vain that we support
Pele Shevchenko or Blokhin
Or maybe Maradona
They gave a miracle to the world
On the field of the stadium!
Doston and other children also received an autographed soccer ball from Ravshan Sayfutdinovich, they took a photo for memory, and the guest wished the pupils good luck and fulfilment of desires. Everyone got charged with positive emotions and got motivated for personal growth.
