Parents are the examples to their children

Parenting conference for the project's guardians titled: “Parents are the examples to their children” has been held in the SOS Children's Villages, Khorezm social center in the framework of the Family Strengthening (CS) program. The purpose of the conference was to improve the knowledge of family values, strengthening family ties. Parents have uncovered complex problems thus highlighting positive and negative aspects that families often face through role-plays. Each of the participants has described what and how they felt when they played their part. To assess themselves and whether they could be an example to their children, parents have completed the “Interview” exercise and answered the questionnaire. The importance of the fact that happy parents can raise happy children was also emphasized.
