A meeting with the participation of the invited guest was initiated by the Psychologist of SOS Children's Villages, Tashkent to increase the motivation of teenagers as part of the monthly program: “Success Stories”. The current guest of our program is a successful businessman, Director of the Poytakht branch of Gross Insurance company, Mr. Zhafar Shirinov. During the course of the meeting, Mr. Shirinov has shared his personal success story on the way he diligently studied, worked and mastered new knowledge to become a successful and sought-after specialist. He has emphasized three basic principles in a person’s life: to be honest, to keep his/her promises and to work hard and learn and improve own skills and abilities. At the end of the meeting, our teenagers asked their questions and received detailed answers from the guest. In general, both Mr. Shirinov and the teenagers were satisfied with the conversation, the latter have received additional motivation to build future plans for their professional life.
